In detail
Four rolls of 15 bags, 60 bags in all. Each bag tears off the roll at the perforation, so you pull one, and only one, when you need it.
Load a roll in the Bag Holder and the next bag waits in the side window, right by the leash handle. Slip your hand inside a bag like a glove, pick up, turn it inside out over your hand and tie it closed. Then into the next trash can.
We say only what we know: bags on a roll, separated by a perforation. The material, the bag size and the scent are being confirmed with the maker in writing, and we will add them here once they are.

Do they fit the Bag Holder?
They are the rolls we sell for it, one roll at a time. We are confirming the exact roll size with the maker in writing. If a roll ever does not go in your holder, write to us at contact@sanpodog.com.
What are they made of?
The maker is confirming the material, the bag size and the scent in writing, and we will publish them here and on our Materials & Prop 65 page. We make no environmental claim about them: treat them like any plastic bag and drop them in a trash can.
Can I return them?
Unopened rolls in their original packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery. Opened rolls cannot, unless they arrived defective, damaged or wrong. How returns work.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can try a harness or a collar on your dog indoors to check the size: if it is clean, undamaged and has never been worn outside, it still counts as unused. Opened rolls of bags cannot be returned. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
