The address in this table, once published, is for letters and legal notices only. It is not a store, a showroom, a warehouse or a returns address: we cannot receive visitors or products there. A return needs our authorization by e-mail first, and the return address is sent to you then. It may be outside the United States. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
Before the shop opens
SANPO is operated by a company now being registered in the United States. Its details will appear on this page before the shop takes orders: its legal name, legal form, registration number and address, and the person who represents it.
The shop does not take orders until the company is registered and online payment is set up. Until then, you can browse the products and fill a cart, but the checkout page shows a summary only: no order can be placed or paid, nothing is charged, and no personal or payment information is collected.
How to reach us
Write to contact@sanpodog.com. A real person reads your message and answers it within 2 business days. Please include your order number if you have one. For help with a size, send your dog’s chest and neck measurements. Our Contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.
What we sell
SANPO sells everyday walking gear for small dogs: eight products, each at one price, whatever the color and the size you choose. The harness, the leash, the collar and the Bag Holder come in the same 11 colors.
- Corgi Harness, Dachshund Harness, Frenchie Harness and Small Dog Harness: one padded harness, shown on four breed pages to help you choose the size. It is the same SANPO harness on all four pages, in sizes XS, S, M and L and in 11 colors;
- Everyday Leash: a flat coated-webbing leash with a loop handle and a metal snap hook, in 11 colors;
- Everyday Collar: a flat coated-webbing collar with a metal pin buckle, in sizes S, M and L and in 11 colors;
- Bag Holder: a silicone dispenser for one roll of bags, with a cord loop, in 11 colors;
- Poop Bags: 60 bags on 4 rolls of 15.
Each product is sold on its own. All our products are imported. None of them is a toy. Harness sizes follow the maker’s size chart, on our Size guide. How orders will work
- Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
- Import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
- Delivery area: the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not deliver to US territories, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or outside the United States. See Shipping & Delivery.
- Delivery times: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so orders usually arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked.
- Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can try a harness or a collar on your dog indoors to check the size: if it is clean, undamaged and has never been worn outside, it still counts as unused. Opened rolls of bags cannot be returned. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
- Refunds: to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return, or after we accept your claim when we do not need the item back.
- Cancellations: at no cost, at any time until your order ships. See Cancellations.

Payment
Online payment on this website is not open yet. Until it opens, the checkout page shows a summary of your cart only: no order can be paid, nothing is charged, and no personal or payment information is collected. Once it opens, this is how payment will work:
- Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- When you are charged: once, for the total shown at checkout, when you place your order. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- Card details: you enter them on the encrypted payment form of a third-party payment processor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- On your statement: the charge should appear as SANPO DOG, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please e-mail us first and we will tell you what it is.
Product safety
In short: check the fit before every walk, with two fingers flat under every strap, and check that the buckles click shut and the D-ring, the stitching and the straps are sound. Never leave your dog alone, in a crate or playing with other dogs while wearing a harness or a collar. Never tie your dog up with our gear, and never use the harness in a car: it is not a car restraint and has not been crash-tested. Keep the bags away from babies and children. If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and e-mail us with “Safety” in the subject line. You can also report it to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
Trademarks
The SANPO name and logo, the design of this website, and its text and images belong to the company that operates SANPO or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Payment brands named on this website belong to their owners. We name them only to tell you how you will be able to pay. It does not mean any partnership or endorsement.
Governing law and disputes
Orders placed on this website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask you to contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.
